What's in the course?
Overcoming painful, uncomfortable, and scary symptoms of hiatal hernia requires one thing: eliminating or reversing your hiatal hernia. This is what I teach in this comprehensive course. My course is a little over 2 hours long and I start by helping you understand your own anatomy, what's happening internally and why...to make the connection as to why your particular symptoms are occurring. Understanding your condition is the first step in effectively addressing it.
In session 2, I help you pinpoint what caused or is causing your hiatal hernia. This is so crucial because in order to effectively reverse your hiatal hernia, you must first identify and address existing contributors that support your hernia or you will be constantly fighting and uphill battle. Fighting an uphill battle usually leads to giving up and failure.
The heart of my course is in sessions 5 and 6 where I lead guided meditative exercise tutorials. These are the exercises that I developed to gently and effectively move the stomach down and out of the herniated position through daily practice. The tutorial also includes a very specific and simple form of breath-work that strengthens the hiatus, which is what you want in order to keep the stomach down. Traditional diaphragmatic breath-work should be avoided as it actually supports and contributes to the herniation.
